This treatment includes, wash, deep condition, head massage and blow-dry and is great for those who would like to keep their hair in a good condition. This treatment helps strengthen your hair. We would recommend this treatment once a month.
This treatment includes wash, Oil treatment, 20 Min steam and Simple Blow-dry and is ideal for clients looking to restore damaged or dry hair, as Hot oil Treatments will help deposit oil back into your hair and prevent the dryness that can contribute to breakage. Our unique blend of natural virgin oils and extracts will leave your hair feeling soft, silky, and smooth. We recommend this treatment once every 2 weeks.
This treatment includes hair wash, treatment, 20 hair steam, head massage and simple blow dry and is ideal for hair that is damaged or breaking. For this treatment we use our power house Redken Strength Repair, a nourishing shampoo, conditioner and mask that work in tandem to strengthen, protect and restore healthy-looking hair from root to tip. At HOUSE OF FBL, we use Affirm and Mizani, both top rated brands in the hair industry for Afro and Mixed Curly hair. Both relaxers have thesame purpose by loosening the curl pattern within Afro and mixed hair for easier maintenance.
Mizani last slightly longer (9-10 months )then Affirm( 6-7 months), with good maintenance. Mizani is more recommended for thick hair and normal/ dry scalp whiles Affirm is for oily/ itchy/ sensitive scalp and finer hair. A Mizani relaxer treatment is also slightly higher in price than Affirm.
Texture Release is a chemical process, similar to a relaxer, Unlike a relaxer, texture release maintains some of your natural curls and kinks in afro hair.We the top leading brand Avlon Texture Release. We strongly believe in only using products that are protective and prevent chemical damage whiles soothing and moisturising hair with natural ingredients.

A silk press is a non-chemical straightening service typically performed on curly or coarse hair. To achieve a silk press, the hair is shampooed, blown out, and then “pressed” with a flat iron, 7-9 passes. The process results in hair with a smooth and silky finish. A Silk press can last up to 2 weeks depending on maintenance.
We recommend silkpress for healthy hair that can take the heat level of a silk pres.. We use both top brands Mizani and Olaplex for our silkpress. Both brand smooth out the hair cuticles and leave you with smooth hair.
The mizani works for all types of hair, so does Olapex, however Olaplex repairs and prevents hair damage, it works on a molecular level by restoring the hair’s broken disulfide bonds which can result from harsh chemical treatments like bleaching , heat and coloring and therefor is is more often recommend for silk press.
