What happens if i am late? We totally understand that some time unforeseen circumstances can occur, therefore, we allow a 15 min grace time period. After 15 minutes we will charge a late fee of £20, if your 30 min late or more we may cancel your appointment, if this happens you will be notified by phone or text and this will also result in you losing your deposit. We recommend to leave enough time travel to avoid this.
