SERVICE BOOKINGS

IS THERE PARKING?

yes there is on road parking right infront of the salon. You can pay with Pay By Phone at £0,80p per hour. We are not liable for parking costs or tickets.

CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE SERVICES AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes, given there is availability for those services.

I BOOKED THE WRONG SERVICE BY MISTAKE CAN I CHANGE IT?

Yes, you can give us a call or send us an email with the preferred service and we will change it for you.

CAN I CHANGE MY APPOINMENT DATE OR TIME?

Yes, you can log into your account and change the date/ time up to 24 hours prior to your appointment date/ time

DO YOU TAKE SAME DAY APPOINMENTS?

Yes, given there is availability, however for certain services there may be an additional charge for same day service.

CAN I BRING A PLUS 1/ MY CHILD?

    • We kindly ask our clients not to bring a plus 1 unless it’s necessary, this is to avoid the salon to be over packed.
    • We kindly ask our clients not to bring children below 8 years old unless necessary this is for health and safety reason and also for time keeping.

I DID NOT GET TO EAT! CAN I EAT WHILE DOING MY HAIR?

We kindly ask our clients to try and eat before their appointment. We do not allow heavy food in the salon due to hygiene and time keeping. We accept light packaged snacks and drinks.

DO YOU TAKE MOBILE BOOKINGS?

Yes, but only for bridal and event/ special occasion bookings. Please book at least 6 months in advance to avoid disappointment

WHERE IS MY DELIVERY?

You can track your delivery by entering your delivery details on our “track order” page on our website.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times vary depending on the product you’re purchasing, the time and day of purchase, your shipping address and your delivery option selection when checking out. Please Check our “Shipping Information’ for further details.
  • Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, there may be a time whereby we are out of stock and need an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. We would inform you if this instance occurs.

HELP! I HAVE PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS

If you find out that you have put in the wrong address please notify us immediately. If we have not shipped out your order yet we can rectify it. If we have shipped out your address we will contact the shipping courier and try out best to make the necessary amendments. If it is not possible, I am afraid there would be nothing we can do. If the order gets returned to us, we would be able to post it again with the right shipping address, but you would be liable for the cost. We are not liable for lost orders!. We ask our clients to take their time and double-check their details before confirming an order.

CAN I RETURN / REFUNDS/ EXCHANGE AND ITEM?

We do not offer return/ refunds/ exchange on ” create your own wig”, Colored services, or units that have been posted out under any circumstances due to the nature of the products.
We only allow offer return/ refunds/ exchanges for ” HAIR BUNDLES, HAIR PIECES AND MERCHANDUSE within 5 days of receiving your items. We can only offer an exchange if none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:
  • All orders must be returned in the original packaging
  • All orders must be unused, unworn, not tampered with and in same condition it was received.
  • Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused.
  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 5 days of recorded receipt.

FBL HAIR / WIGS / CLOSURES / FRONTALS

IS YOUR HAIR GOOD QUALITY?

All our hair is 100%  double drawn Raw hair and can be re- used, dyed, and take any heat levels. We advise our clients on what hair products to use for a good hair maintenance.

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HD AND TRANSPARENT LACE?

HD Lace, due to its delicate material is not as durable as Transparent lace. The life span of HD lace is decreased the more the wig is worn. However due to the material used for our HD lace, once installed with or without glue creates a flawless, undetectable finish.

Transparent Lace is thicker than HD lace, it does not melt as flawlessly as HD lace however the material used for Transparent Lace is more durable and  it lasts longer than HD lace.

SHOULD I ORDER HD OR TRANSPARENT LACE?

This is dependent on preference and the reason for your purchase. If it is for a special occasion such as wedding, birthday etc. or hairstyles such as ponytails or no baby hair looks, we would recommend HD lace. If it is for daily use, work life etc. then we would recommend Transparent Lace.

I HAVE SEEN A UNIT I LIKE ON INSTAGRAM BUT CAN'T FIND IT ON YOUR WEBSITE?

On our website we only feature units that are in stock and ready to be purchased. On our Instagram we feature units that are ready to be purchased on our website but also custom units that are custom made for clients through our “create your own unit ” service. If you would like any unit that was custom made or any other unit that you would like and is not on our website, is a custom a unit it would have to be ordered through our “create your own unit” service.

HOW LONG DO YOUR UNITS LAST?

There is no specific answer to this question as it really depends on serval factors such as
  • Whether it is a Frontal or Closure unit: Closure units last longer than frontals.
     
  • Whether and HD and Transparent unit: Transparent lace last longer then HD
  • How often you wear your unit
  • How often you wash your unit
  • Unir care

WHAT IS MY CAP SIZE?

Circumference 18”-21”, front to nape 11”-12.5″, ear to ear 11”-12”.5 = SMALL
Circumference 21.5”-22.5”, front to nape 12.5”-13.5”, ear to ear 12.5”-13.5” = MEDIUM
Circumference 22.5”-24”, front to nape 13.5”-14.5”, ear to ear 13.5”-14.5” = LARGE

AESTHETICS

ARE FILLERS/ FAT DISSOLVING INJECTIONS TREATMENTS SAFE?

Derma Fillers are considerd safe and consists of a natural substance called hyaluronic acid which naturally found inside the homan body. Even though Dermal Fillers are safe, however  like any cosmetic producure there are  possible side effect and risks, however they are rather rare then common. WHAT FILLERS DO YOU USE?

We only use the top leading brands such as Sosum, Relovax and Juvéderm. If there is a particular brand request you can contact us and will let you know if we are able to use that brand.

DO THE FAT DISSOLVING INJECTIONS REALLY WORK?

yes, however you would need a healthy diet and a moderate exercise routine plan to see the fulll effect of this injection. This injection is not a weightloss treatment, however it does support weightloss and it does get rid of stubborn fat pockets. We recommend a minum of 3 sessions, once a month to see a significant change.

HOW LONG WILL THE RESULTS LAST?

DERMAL fillers effects are long lasting but not permenant. Duration depends on many factors such as age and lifestyle, we recommend a follow up treatment every 6-9 months.
