Yes, we have “Pay by Phone ” parking right in front of the salon and a 2 minute walk free car park called ” Mayesbrook carpark RM8 2JR’” .

We totally understand that some time unforeseen circumstances can occur, therefore,we allow a 15 min grace time period. After 15 minutes we will charge a late fee of 15 pounds, if your 30 min late or  more we may cancel your appointment, if this happens you will be notified by phone or text and this will also result in you losing your deposit. We recommend to leave enough time travel to avoid this.

es, you can reschedule your appointment through login in, through your booking confirmation email or simply by give us a call. Rescheduling appointments can only be done up-to 24 hours prior to your appointment date and time. Any time after that will result in you losing your deposit, if this happens, you would have to rebook and pay a deposit again to secure a new appointment.
