If for any reason you would like to return your item(s)
Due to the nature of our products, we only offer refund/ exchanges on merchandise ,hair bundles/ closures and frontals. Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be offered store credit.
- All orders must be returned in the original packaging
- All orders must be unused, unworn, not tampered with and in same condition it was received.

Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 5 days of recorded receipt.
To process an exchange, the desired product would be sent back at your expense. We suggest you send through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we will not be responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. Please note, customers will be required to cover the difference if exchanged for a greater value and also the shipping costs.
To process a refund, Once your product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will refund the total amount spend (minus the delivery charge, if applicable.) the same way the payment was made.
- If it was an online purchase please allow 3-10 working days for refund to clear.
- if it was paid with cash in salon. we can refund in cash or arrange an online bank transfer.
You will not be able to return any items after 5 days of receiving your order under any circumstances.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, coloured, cut or washed) in any way or products that have been removed from the cable ties. According to the Health and Safety Regulation you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle. We adhere to strict policies regarding the return of hair, hygiene concerns and the law. Please return the item in its original condition and resalable condition.
Once your product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused and is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to show on your bank statement (dependent on your banks processing times)
